Who we are

Your Holiday in Ostia is run by Luca Fontana (Your New Holiday Home) and Daniele Fontana (Your Roman Holiday Home), Via delle Baleari, 00121 Ostia Lido, Rome, Italy. Each of us is responsible for the data of guests of his own apartment. Contact: [email protected], WhatsApp +39 328 6161286.

What data we use and why

When you contact us or book, we use your name, contact details, dates, number of guests and messages to answer you and manage your stay. At check-in, Italian law requires us to register every guest's identity document with the State Police (Alloggiati Web) and to collect the Rome tourist tax. We keep booking and tax records for as long as the law requires (generally 10 years) and delete other messages within 12 months. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

The Police and Roma Capitale (legal obligations), our accountant, and the services we use to communicate and get paid: WhatsApp, Gmail and our bank. Some of these services may process data outside the EU with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the contacts above. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or profiling cookies, and visit statistics are collected without cookies. Links to Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp and other sites take you to services with their own policies.
